Your Agreement With the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the me666 website accessible at me666.ws, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, or promotional funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process me666 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or our licensing conditions.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football fixture, UFC bout, kabaddi match, or other live or pre-match event available for betting on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the me666 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino games, slot games, Fortune Bingo, and any other games or services that may be introduced from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and me666:

• The me666 Privacy Policy
• The me666 Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any specific Bonus Terms issued in connection with a promotion
• Any specific Game Rules applicable to individual games or product verticals

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary policy or specific bonus terms, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the me666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age;
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players);
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through me666 or any other gaming platform to which we are connected;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 Age Verification Process

me666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age verification is complete, we may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay at our sole discretion.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Play

If it is determined that a Player is under the age of 21, me666 will immediately close the Account, cancel all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will not be paid out. me666 may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

4 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one Account on the me666 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or any other linking factor — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name, or address — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You agree to notify me666 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. me666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

me666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reason to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the Account holder is not eligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

me666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL Online Banking
• UBL Online Banking
• Meezan Bank Online Banking
• Other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time

5.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings. Once a voluntary deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and requires a cooling-off period for increases.

5.2 Verification of Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit funds on me666 must belong to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts or mobile wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. me666 may request documentation to verify ownership of a payment method at any time. Deposits made via an unverified payment method may be frozen pending verification.

5.3 Failed or Reversed Deposits

me666 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits. If a deposit is credited to your Account in error and subsequently reversed by the payment provider, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Account balance. If this results in a negative balance, you are required to rectify the shortfall before further gameplay is permitted.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. me666 aims to process approved withdrawals within one business day; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any KYC requirements outstanding on the Account.

6.1 KYC Requirements for Withdrawals

Before processing any withdrawal, me666 may require you to complete or update your KYC verification. This may include providing copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed or, in cases of suspected fraud, declined.

6.2 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Funds that originate from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements associated with that bonus before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds prior to satisfying the wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Suspicious Withdrawal Activity

me666 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we may report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all me666 bonuses and promotional offers:

• One bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made;
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit;
• Free bets and free spins credits are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from them may be withdrawn, subject to further wagering requirements where stated;
• me666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

me666 employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of deposit-match bonuses using low-risk betting strategies, and collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, me666 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and close the Account permanently.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on me666 — including cricket betting, PSL markets, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sporting events — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market, as displayed within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the Platform expressly provides a Cash Out facility and you elect to use it;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, me666 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion;
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete in full, settlement rules will follow standard industry practice for the relevant sport as stated in the specific market rules;
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the Platform. me666 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake available to any individual Player at any time;
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time without notice, particularly during key moments in an event such as wickets, goals, video reviews, or injury stoppages.

8.1 Integrity of Sporting Events

me666 is committed to the integrity of sport. Any bet that is suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authority and, where appropriate, law enforcement agencies.

9 Casino & Games

The me666 casino and games section — including live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti), slot games, and Fortune Bingo — is operated using software supplied by third-party gaming providers. All games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface and are governed by independently verified random number generators.

9.1 Return to Player (RTP)

Theoretical Return to Player percentages for all slot games are provided by the software provider and are available upon request from the me666 support team. Live casino games are operated to the house edges standard for each game variant. me666 does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the standard house edge built into each game's rules.

9.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software or connection malfunction during a game, the hand, spin, or round in progress may be voided and any stakes returned to the Player's balance. Where a game malfunction results in an erroneous display of a win, the win will be void and the displayed amount will not be paid. me666 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9.3 Fortune Bingo Specific Rules

Fortune Bingo games on me666 are governed by additional game-specific rules displayed within the Fortune Bingo lobby. Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to specific trigger conditions and are paid in full as a single lump sum in PKR. Jackpot wins are verified independently before payment.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of fraud in connection with deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, or bonus claims;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other means of IP masking;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing me666 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform without written authorisation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the me666 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, data, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of me666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any me666 trademark or branding without express written permission; or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

me666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the me666 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your Account, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations;
• me666 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements;

13 Responsible Gaming

me666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your me666 Account and request that re-registration be blocked. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

14 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law. me666's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

15 Amendments to These Terms

me666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which me666 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

16.1 Internal Complaints Procedure
